Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
An email or contact message may contain a name, reply address, and whatever the sender chooses to write. We keep that material as needed to answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.

We do not use this site to create an official Dubois County booking, court, or correctional record.

Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy policy controls its collection and use of data.

Subject to applicable law and verification, a person may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, seek deletion, or object to certain processing. These rights concern data controlled by this private site. A request about an Indiana agency record must go to the public office that maintains it.
